Terms of Service

These terms apply to MBC Remote (the "Service"), the software available at mbcremote.com and app.mbcremote.com, provided by HiCreators Management LLC, 1317 Edgewater Dr Suite 2177, Orlando, FL 32804, United States ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent ("you").

1. The Service

MBC Remote is software for social media marketing teams. It provides remote access to Android phones that you own or control, team access management, scheduling of content to social platforms through their official APIs, link-in-bio landing pages, analytics, and the registration of domain names. Features may change as the Service develops.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract for your business.
• You are responsible for your login details, for the team members you invite and for everything done under your account.
• Information you give us (including billing details) must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Your responsibilities

• You may only connect phones, accounts and content that you own or are authorised to manage, and you are responsible for the content you schedule or publish.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and with the terms of the platforms and services you connect to the Service.
• You must not use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harassing or harmful, to send spam, or to distribute malware; you must not try to access other customers' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or resell it without our written agreement.

We may suspend or remove access that breaks these rules, and we may remove content from link pages we host if we receive a valid complaint about it.

4. Plans and payment

• Plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis at the price agreed with you. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and then does not renew.
• Prices may change; we will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects your plan.
• If a payment fails, we may pause the Service until it is settled.

5. Balance and domains

• Domain registrations are paid from a prepaid balance that you top up by card (minimum top-up $25). The balance is held in US dollars, earns no interest and is not a bank account.
• The price of each domain is shown before you pay. Domains are registered for one year through our accredited registrar partner and are subject to that registrar's registration agreement and the rules of the relevant domain registry. Domains do not renew automatically.
• A domain that has been registered cannot be cancelled or refunded. If an order cannot be completed, the amount is returned to your balance automatically. See the refund policy.
• You must not register a domain that infringes someone else's rights. Registries or the registrar may suspend a domain under their own policies; such a suspension is not grounds for a refund.

6. Third-party services

The Service connects to services run by others — for example social platforms, scheduling and analytics providers, Google Drive, Cloudflare, our domain registrar and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make, including a platform restricting or removing an account.

7. Your data

You keep all rights to your content and data. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the Service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service entirely we will give reasonable notice and refund any unused balance.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue or lost accounts. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you materially break these terms or fail to pay. On closing, you may request a refund of any unused balance as described in the refund policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Orange County, Florida.
