Refund Policy

This policy explains when money paid to HiCreators Management LLC, 1317 Edgewater Dr Suite 2177, Orlando, FL 32804, United States for MBC Remote can be refunded.

1. Plans

• You can cancel your plan at any time from your account or by emailing us. It stays active until the end of the period already paid for and then does not renew.
• Payments for a period that has already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where the Service was unavailable for a significant part of that period because of a fault on our side — in that case contact us and we will refund the affected portion.

2. Balance (top-ups)

• Unused balance can be refunded on request, to the card it was paid with, within 12 months of the top-up. Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.
• When you close your account, any unused balance is refunded on request.

3. Domains

• A domain that has been registered cannot be refunded or cancelled — it is registered with the domain registry as soon as you pay, and the registry charges for it immediately.
• If an order cannot be completed (for example, the domain was taken a moment before your order), the full amount is returned to your balance automatically.
• Suspension of a domain by a registry, a registrar or a social platform is not grounds for a refund.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email inbox@managedbyclub.com from the address on your account with what you would like refunded. We reply within two business days.
