Privacy Policy
This policy explains how HiCreators Management LLC, 1317 Edgewater Dr Suite 2177, Orlando, FL 32804, United States ("we") collects and uses personal data when you use MBC Remote (mbcremote.com and app.mbcremote.com).
1. What we collect
- Account details — names, email addresses and roles of the people on your team, and an encrypted (hashed) form of their passwords.
- Billing details — your business name, billing contact and payment history. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never receive the full card number.
- Content and connections you add — the phones, accounts, credentials, content and settings you choose to store or connect so the Service can work for you.
- Usage and security logs — sign-ins, phone sessions and actions in the app, IP address and browser information, kept to secure the Service and show you an activity history.
- Link-page visits — when someone visits a link-in-bio page hosted by the Service, we record the visit, clicks, approximate country and browser type, without cookies, to give you page statistics.
2. How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, process payments and domain registrations, give you support, show you analytics and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the Service, under their own data-protection terms: Cloudflare (hosting and network), Stripe (payments), our domain registrar (domain registration), Google (if you connect Google Drive), and the scheduling and analytics providers you choose to connect. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
4. Cookies
The app uses a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, then up to 90 days after it is closed, except where we must keep records longer for tax, accounting or legal reasons.
6. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections, passwords are stored hashed, and access inside the Service is limited by role and by the phones each person is given.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used, by emailing us. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights under local law, which we will respect.
